Data deletion instructions

We respect your privacy and make it easy to delete your data associated with Gradcut.

How to request deletion

  • Email: Send a message to support@gradcut.com  with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
    Include:

    • Your full name

    • The email/phone used on Gradcut

    • Any relevant order/receipt ID(s)

    • If you can’t access your email, tell us another way to verify your identity (e.g., last order details).

What we delete

  • Account profile (name, email, login identifiers)

  • Purchase history and share settings

  • OAuth tokens used to connect social accounts

  • Support messages attached to your account

What we may retain

Some information must be kept for legal, security, or accounting reasons (e.g., invoices, fraud-prevention logs). These are stored only as long as required by law and then securely purged. Backups roll off automatically within ~30 days.

Social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn)

If you connected a social account, please also revoke Gradcut’s access in that platform’s settings. Content already posted to those platforms must be removed within those platforms.

Timing

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete approved deletions within 30 days (often sooner).
