Data deletion instructions
We respect your privacy and make it easy to delete your data associated with Gradcut.
How to request deletion
Email: Send a message to support@gradcut.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
Include:Your full name
The email/phone used on Gradcut
Any relevant order/receipt ID(s)
If you can’t access your email, tell us another way to verify your identity (e.g., last order details).
What we delete
Account profile (name, email, login identifiers)
Purchase history and share settings
OAuth tokens used to connect social accounts
Support messages attached to your account
What we may retain
Some information must be kept for legal, security, or accounting reasons (e.g., invoices, fraud-prevention logs). These are stored only as long as required by law and then securely purged. Backups roll off automatically within ~30 days.
Social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn)
If you connected a social account, please also revoke Gradcut’s access in that platform’s settings. Content already posted to those platforms must be removed within those platforms.
Timing
We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete approved deletions within 30 days (often sooner).
